Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions apply for your use of the TuitionsTutors.com. and it’s services. By using our services and assessing this website, you agree to be bound by our website’s terms and conditions as set below. You may not use or access any of TuitionsTutors.com website and services and reserve the rights to modify, add or delete any information on this website without any notice. We as TuitionsTutors.com will have the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. If you continue to use TuitionsTutors.com, means you agree to use TuitionsTutors.com and the acceptance of such change from time to time without notice from TuitionsTutors.com may be used only for lawful purposes by students, teachers, parents and guardians wishing to access tuition jobs and tutors.

REGISTRATION

Registration for tutors, parents and guardian are free of charge. There will be no any registration fees charged to tutors, parents and guardians who register with TuitionsTutors.com.

COMMISSION

TuitionsTutors.com is entitled to a 50% commission that will be paid by the tutor for per tuition job as agreed with TuitionsTutors.com. Commissions means every tuition provided by TuitionsTutors.com to a tutor, a 50% tuition fees will be charged for per tuition to tutor. This commission should be paid to TuitionsTutors.com after completing the first month’s tuition lessons which is equivalent to 30 days. If TuitionsTutors.com did not receive any commission from a tutor after 30 days, he or she will be suspended and blacklisted from our website and the tutor’s account will be automatically deleted from our system.

TERMINATION / CANCELLATION OF A TUITION JOB

If a tutor terminates a tuition job within the first month of a tuition job, he or she still needs to pay the committed commission to TuitionsTutors.com even if he or she have not received the full month’s tuition fees. If a tutor is unable to attend a tuition job given, he or she is required to give a 48 hours notice to the student, parent or guardian. There should be a valid reason given on notification of a tuition cancellation. The tutor’s account will be revoked if there are no valid reasons given without a notice of cancellation. If TuitionsTutors.com did not receive any commission from a tutor after 30 days, he or she will be suspended and the tutors account will automatically be deleted from our system. He or she will be blacklisted from our website. If a tutor did not attend a tuition lesson without a valid explanation or he or she did not know or have any knowledge of teaching experience or late for lessons, he or she will bear a full commission charged by TuitionsTutors.com.


DISCLAIMER

A tutor who is given a tuition job by TuitionsTutors.com, should be committed and be responsible for tutoring schedules, setting tuition fees by the tutor and others.

All trademarks on this site or through links to other sites are the property of the respective trademark owners.

LAW

The condition hall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
